The Bulgarian Football Union took the decision to confirm the termination of the sports' rights of Daniel Zlatkov based on the unilateral termination of his contract with PFC Minyor Pernik on 16 August 2011.

The Sports and Technical Committee gave a positive and official declaration based on the evidence presented by Scouting Team and in accordance with the Status & Transfer Regulation's of the Bulgarian Football Union

It's important to stipulate that PFC Minyor Pernik can appeal this decision within 7 days to the Arbitrage Committee of Bulgarian Football Union.
