Scouting Team player Emanuil Manev (Offensive midfielder) played for PFC Neftochimic in their 1-3 away victory against PFC Shumen, in the Bulgarian L2 championship. With this victory, PFC Neftochimic officially promoted to Bulgarian L1 Championship and will play the next season 2013-2014 in the PFG A.
