Svilen Notev signed a 3 years contract with Bulgarian L1 club PSFC Chernomorets Bourgas. 24-years old goalkeeper Svilen Notev (25-08-1988), joined PSFC Chernomorets Bourgas from PFC Master Bourgas. Among others, he also played for PSFC Chernomorets Bourgas, PFC Vetren, PFC Sozopol and PFC Master Bourgas in Bulgaria.
